We are proud to be located within State College, PA.
The independent practitioners at Heartwood are located on the third floor of 474 Windmere Drive in separate offices within Suite 301.
Things to Know When You Arrive
Simply enter at the front entrance and take the stairs or elevator up one floor to the suite, which will be on the wall opposite you.
We do not have receptionists or office staff, so please sit down in the waiting room (directly to the right when you enter the suite) and your provider will find you when it is time for your session.
The providers at Heartwood do not have walk-in hours, so please do not come to the offices unless you have an appointment scheduled.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Some in-person services may require masks to be worn by providers and clients to protect the health of everyone in the community. Mask requirements and telehealth availability is determined by each provider separately. If attending in-person appointments, please try to wait outside until no more than five minutes before your appointment.

Take your Car:
Windmere Drive is off of Rolling Ridge Drive, directly behind South Atherton Street and the Hills Plaza/Giant Supermarket. Plenty of free parking is available in our building’s lot.
Take the Bus:
CATA Atherton Street Connector Bus Route has a stop just one block away. Just get off at the corner of Windmere Drive and Wellington and we are right around the corner!
Take a Bike:
Take the South Atherton bikeway along a shared use path or come down from Mt. Nittany Expressway and then up Scenery Drive. Just turn down Windmere Drive, take a right to continue on it, and we will be the first offices on the left! There is a bike rack in the front of the building.
