Treatment Approach

No one else knows your life story and background like you. I aim to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, which is needed for effective therapy. As a culturally humble and social-justice oriented therapist, I am dedicated to getting to know the real you. I take a collaborative approach and honor your expertise as we explore your life situation, relationships, emotions, and values. My therapeutic style works best for people who are motivated to learn about themselves, their relationships, ways they’ve learned to survive adversity, and new ways of understanding their lived experience.

It’s an honor to serve my clients in therapy. I have extensive experience working with adults with anxiety, grief, adjustment to life transitions, relationship issues, and neurodiversity in women/females assigned at birth. I'm hopeful that our time together will help you feel empowered to make decisions that are more congruent with your true self.

I primarily identify as a psychodynamic, relational, culturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming, and humanistic therapist. Additionally, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, existential perspectives, and other therapies as needed. There’s no “perfect timing” to start therapy, and I look forward to meeting you where you are on your journey.
